Ryan'S River Lodge B&B - Cong

We had a cozy stay with delicious breakfasts that catered to my wife's gluten-free needs! The room was warm and spotless, though the shower was a bit tight for tall folks. Would definitely return!

Staff were exceptional, room was tasteful and bright. The location was marvellous and stunning, and we could reach Cong Abbey by walking.

Honestly no complaints. Great staff, excellent services, and stunning location not far from the center of a beautiful village, Scotland and Ireland and The Quiet Man Museum. Absolutely fantastic and very good breakfast with a good choice of toast, scones and bangers. Beautiful building and rooms with breakfast...

The shower was a ridiculously small challenge for me, and towels were ridiculous flimsy. Honestly, I expected a complementary gesture, like an upgrade or a warm welcome, but here I am, treated like everyone else, what a letdown! I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.

The rooms were brand-new and large with functional bathrooms. There was a reasonably spacious. Location in the center of the city was a plus.

It was a beautiful hotel for a trip to Cong. The property was set in a very central area close enough to convenience store, and the Quiet Man filming sites. I came here for 1 night and had a really great stay.

The bathrooms are oddly compact!!! Taller guests may find the shower space uncomfortable!!! Noise from traffic can ruin the peace when windows are open, and Wi-Fi slows during peak hours, definitely a letdown!!!

The riverside location is peaceful and perfect for scenic walks. The hosts were cute, providing detailed advice on local attractions, and the breakfasts were both hearty and delicious.

You know what made this place stand out? Martha's warm welcome, it was like visiting an old friend. The breakfast was just amazing, they even had homemade cake waiting for us in the common area, it was like a little slice of heaven.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was acceptable for the quality.

The stay included a good breakfast with homemade brown bread and hearty Irish options. With a warm and inviting atmosphere complemented by a clean room and a relaxing shower, the environment reminded me of home. The shower space was somewhat cramped, which may be an issue for taller guests. There were some noise disturbances from outside traffic at night, slightly impacting the tranquil vibe.

Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, a tv, and a cozy picnic area. The staff were especially helpful to my elderly parents during our first visit, which I will always remember. I highly recommend staying here.
